Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stats Beaver collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you create an account, register a team site, or use Stats Beaver pages, dashboards, and analytics tools.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile information, including your email address, password authentication data, and first and last name. You may optionally provide a phone number, city, province or state, and country.
• Team registration details, such as organization name, team name, season, sport, age group, level, tier, and site URL.
• Team-site data, such as roster details, schedules, game events, statistics, and site configuration entered by authorized users.
• Support request details, including your email address, message, optional account or team context, and page or browser details when you choose to include them.
• Billing records for paid plans, including Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and payment status, renewal timing, and invoice-related events. Stripe collects payment-card, billing-address, and tax information directly; Stats Beaver does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Technical information needed to run the service, such as session tokens, request metadata, logs, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provision team sites, operate dashboards and analytics, process and administer paid plans, calculate applicable taxes, provide support, protect the service, debug issues, and improve Stats Beaver.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Stats Beaver uses necessary browser storage to keep you signed in, remember account sessions, support registration, and store cookie preferences. The main Stats Beaver website also offers controls for optional analytics and marketing cookies if those are added later. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Sharing and Service Providers

Stats Beaver uses trusted service providers for hosting, storage, email, authentication, payment processing, tax calculation, and team data workflows. Stripe processes paid-plan checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscriptions under its own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell account or team information.

Youth Team Information

Stats Beaver may store youth sports roster and game information submitted by team administrators. Administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the authority and consent needed to store and manage team information within the private coaching workspace.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and team data, including hashed passwords and access-controlled registration workflows. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Stats Beaver, provide team-site access, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. For a completed paid season that becomes an archive, any Game Review frames, clips, captions, and annotations saved while Plus or Pro was active are permanently deleted two years after the archive date. Other archived team-site data is retained on an indefinite, read-only basis unless removed at the administrator’s request, under these Terms, or as required by law. Team administrators may request updates or removals for team information they manage.

Your Choices

You can sign out of your account, update your profile information in Account Settings, request team-site updates through your team administrator, contact Stats Beaver support using the Help button, and limit what team information you submit.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Stats Beaver changes. The updated date above will reflect the latest version.

Use the Help button on any Stats Beaver page to send privacy questions to Stats Beaver Support. No login is required; if you are signed in, your request can include the account or team context you select.
